These terms govern your use of FinvestMart ("the platform"), operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME]. By registering or using the platform, you agree to these terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

1. What FinvestMart is

FinvestMart is a financial marketplace and facilitator. We help you compare and apply for insurance, loans and investment products offered by regulated third-party providers — insurers, banks, non-banking financial companies (NBFCs) and asset management companies. FinvestMart is not the insurer, lender or fund house, and does not itself provide these financial products. Final approval, pricing, terms and issuance rest solely with the respective provider.

2. Regulatory information

Insurance is facilitated through registered insurers and/or licensed intermediaries. Mutual fund and investment referrals are made to entities registered with the relevant authorities. Where applicable, our or our partners' registration details are: [IRDAI Registration / POSP details], [AMFI ARN, if any], [NBFC / DSA arrangement details]. FinvestMart acts within the scope of these arrangements and refers customers to the appropriate registered entity.

Information, comparisons, articles and tools on FinvestMart are for general information only and do not constitute financial, investment, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy any product. Please assess your own needs and consult a qualified advisor before making a decision.

4. Reward coins & vouchers — programme terms

FinvestMart may award "reward coins" and coupon vouchers as a loyalty benefit. This programme is subject to the following terms:

Reward coins are a loyalty benefit only. They have no monetary or cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Coins are redeemable only for vouchers made available on the platform, subject to availability and applicable terms.
Reward coins are not a discount, rebate, commission share or inducement on the price or premium of any insurance policy or other financial product. They do not reduce any premium payable to an insurer.
Coins are earned on eligible products only. Demat accounts and mutual funds are excluded from the reward programme. Eligibility may vary by product and may change.
Referral rewards, where offered, are single-level and are earned only on a genuine, completed product purchase — not for recruiting other members. FinvestMart does not operate any chit, money-circulation or multi-level scheme.
Where the total value of rewards to a user crosses [₹10,000] in a financial year, valid KYC/PAN details may be required before redemption, in line with applicable tax rules. Any taxes arising on rewards are the user's responsibility.
Coins may carry an expiry, and may be withheld or forfeited in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, cancellation, or breach of these terms.
FinvestMart may modify, suspend or withdraw the reward programme, or change earning and redemption rules, at its discretion, with notice where required.

5. Insurance

Insurance products are underwritten and issued by the respective insurer. Cover, premium, waiting periods and terms are decided by the insurer based on your profile and the policy wording, which you should read in full. As stated above, reward coins are a loyalty benefit and are not a rebate of premium.

6. Investments & market risk

Investments are subject to market risks. The value of investments can go up or down, and past performance is not indicative of future results. Unlisted and pre-IPO shares in particular are high-risk and illiquid, may be difficult to sell, and can result in loss of capital. Read all scheme/offer documents carefully. FinvestMart does not guarantee any returns.

7. Loans

Loan sanction, amount, interest rate, tenure and charges are at the sole discretion of the lender, subject to eligibility, verification and documentation. Any interest rates or figures shown on the platform or in articles are indicative and not an offer or commitment.

8. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, use the platform lawfully, and not misuse the reward programme. You are responsible for the security of your account.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the revised version will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
